CALGARY – Calgary police have charged a man with manslaughter in connection with the death of a woman in Whitehorn.
Twenty-six-year-old Janel Squirrel was found dead in a home on Whitmire Bay, N.E., Tuesday afternoon.
An autopsy has confirmed her death was a homicide.
Police believe it was the result of domestic violence.

Leo Harry Pantherbone (45) has been charged, and will remain in custody for now.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 12, 2015.
