TORONTO – A small boy who was found wandering the streets alone in east-end Toronto Friday morning has been reunited with his mother.
Police said the boy, believed to be between 2 to 3 years of age, was discovered in the area of Kennedy Road and Danforth Road around 6:30 a.m.
Authorities said the child identified himself as “Trey” and was not dressed for the weather with only a light top, pants and shoes.
The mother was reunited with her child just after 7 a.m.
The boy was treated by Toronto paramedics and taken to hospital as a precaution.
