TORONTO — Councillor Norm Kelly has social media down to a science.
With over 131,000 twitter followers, Twitter Canada invited the 74-year-old city councillor to their offices for a celebration.

Kelly also gave Twitter Canada a tutorial on important tips when engaging in the Twitterverse.
“Have fun,” Kelly said. “If you use 50 characters or less, your audience will grow by up to 50 per cent more.”
Kelly also offered insight on photo use on Twitter.
“You should always remember that old saying, ‘a photo is worth a thousand words,'” Kelly said in the video.
“Have fun, be brief and use visuals.”
