Toronto police say they are looking for 25-year-old Mohamud Abdwali Dirie, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Investigators say 27-year-old Kabil Abdulkhadir was pronounced dead at the scene on Aug. 9 after multiple shots were fired near Bay Street and Dundas Street.
