WINNIPEG — A truck driver suffered serious injuries after his vehicle flipped and caught fire on the North Perimeter Highway.
The blaze started after the truck, which appeared to be hauling gravel, collided with an excavator in the eastbound lanes of the Perimeter near Pipeline Road at around 8:30 a.m., RCMP said.
