Drew Willy out 6-8 weeks after knee injury against Ti-Cats

WINNIPEG — It will be a while before Blue Bombers fans can watch Drew Willy in action again.

The quarterback will be out for 6-8 weeks after his knee was injured during Sunday’s 38-8 loss to the Hamilton Ti-Cats.

Team medical staff determined this to be a tibial plateau fracture and partial PCL tear to Willy’s right knee.
