Man found fatally stabbed inside high-rise at Parliament and Bloor

TORONTO – Police are investigating after a man was found fatally stabbed inside an apartment building in St. James Town early Monday morning.

The incident happened around 2 a.m. at 135 Rose Ave. near the Bloor St. and Parliament St. area.

The victim was pronounced dead inside the building and another person suffered minor injuries.

Investigators at the scene say the individual with the injuries has been arrested and faces a charge of second-degree murder.

Police say both men knew each other and were acquaintances.

The age and identity of the victim has not been released.
