WINNIPEG – An 18-year-old woman died from medical issues after an early morning altercation Saturday.
Officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Lorne Avenue at about 1:10 a.m. after reports of an unresponsive woman.

Police say the woman received a serious injury from the altercation. Emergency personnel were notified when she was unresponsive.
The woman was taken to hospital in critical condition. She later died in the hospital.
Police conducted autopsy Saturday afternoon, which revealed medical issues caused her death, and there are currently no criminal charges.
