Moose Jaw woman who stole 2 poppy boxes sentenced to 9 months in jail

REGINA – A Saskatchewan woman has been sentenced to nine months in jail for stealing two poppy boxes.

32-year-old Angela Orr stole the boxes from a gas bar and restaurant in Moose Jaw.

She was arrested shortly after the thefts in November and has given back the money she stole.

It is unclear how much money was stolen from the poppy boxes.

There were two other thefts included in the decision among other offences.
