MONTREAL — A power outage has left over 4,000 Montrealers without power on Thursday morning.

Hydro-Quebec has confirmed that 4,367 residents in NDG, Côte-des-Neiges and Hampstead have been without electricity since 8:23 a.m. ET.
On its website, the electricity provider said service should be restored by 10:53 a.m. ET.
