HALIFAX – Police are searching for a driver after a vehicle hit-and-run early Christmas Day.
Just after midnight on December 25, officers responded to the 3300 block of Windsor Street for a report of a vehicle that had been struck.
No one was inside the Nissan Sentra when the collision occurred.
Police said the Nissan suffered extensive damage after it was hit by another vehicle that then fled the area.
Officers located the lower front grill of the vehicle that left the scene and are now searching for a 2014 or 2015 Chrysler Town and Country with extensive damage to the front passenger side.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
