Two males suffer ‘knife wounds’ at Brampton school

TORONTO  – The hold and secure at a Brampton school has been lifted after an altercation sent two people to hospital with knife wounds.

Peel Regional Police Officers were called to St. Edmund Campion Catholic School shortly before 1 p.m. Friday.

It’s not clear what happened but two males were sent to hospital with knife wounds, police said.

Police are currently looking for one male suspect.

The school, along with St. Aidan, St. Bonaventure Catholic School, McCrimmon, Brisdale, Fletchers Meadow, and Park Holme Public Schools were placed in hold and secure during the investigation.
