ST. STEPHEN, N.B. – Foul play is now suspected in the disappearance of 53-year-old Dorothy Tucker of Oak Haven, N.B.
Tucker was reported missing on November 10. The last time someone spoke to her was the evening before, on November 9. RCMP say evidence found in her home suggests foul play may be involved in her disappearance.
The RCMP’s Major Crimes Unit is leading the investigation and have been canvassing the area for potential evidence.
“While there is some evidence to suggest that someone may have been involved in her disappearance, our goal remains to find Dorothy Tucker and bring her home to her family,” said Cpl. Chantal Farrah in a release. “Anyone who has any information, no matter how small, is asked to call us as that piece of information could be the clue we need to locate her.”
Tucker is about 5’5′ tall and has a medium build. She has shoulder length auburn hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. She may have been wearing a navy sweater, dark coloured jeans with rips on the front and tan coloured boots.
If anyone has any information regarding Dorothy Tucker or her whereabouts, they are asked to contact the St. Stephen RCMP at 1-888-506-RCMP(7267) or N.B. Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
