TORONTO – Environment Canada has issued snow squall watches and warnings for parts of southern Ontario on Wednesday.
The regions under the warning include:
Algonquin
Barrie – Orillia – Midland
Burk’s Falls – Bayfield Inlet
Grey – Bruce
Parry Sound – Muskoka
The weather office says an arctic cold front is making its way across the waters of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay with the possibility of 10 to 15 centimetres of snow in the Bruce Peninsula and surrounding areas.

Motorists are being reminded to adjust their driving due to changing road conditions and to consider postponing non-essential travel.
Meanwhile, areas in Huntsville and Parry Sound will also see heavy periods of snow due to the same weather system.
The snow should taper off by Thursday.
