WINNIPEG-New surveillance video, a new suspect and the same unsavory crime that so many called despicable on Thursday. Another poppy thief has been caught on camera in Winnipeg. This time, at Party Stuff on Regent Avenue.

“For individuals to steal from the people who need it and the people who served our country it’s really sad,” said Party Stuff manager Sandi Harem. Harem said it happened when she had her back turned. A man was seen on video taking the donations gathered from a poppy box in the store.
