At 6:45 we’ll meet the man that’s taking pumpkin carving to the next level! Gordon Sparks will stop by to show us some of his creations for Halloween night. The local tattoo artist has been making quite the name for himself with his amazing 1000 pound pumpkin creations. Sparks will also be sticking around the entire show carving up a special Halloween pumpkin just for us!

 

We’ll get some Halloween safety tips at 7:15 for those ghost and goblins heading out Friday night. Halifax Police Cst. Andrew MacVicar will stop by with a list of advice for parents to keep kids safe this Halloween!

At 7:45 we’ll get a special thrill with a spooky dance performance from Halifax Dance! Six enthusiastic performers from the Youth Dance Ensemble will be here to show us a few moves from a classic Halloween routine.

At 8:15 we’ll be joined by the Common Roots Urban Farm to talk about their annual Harvest Hootenanny and Pumpkin Smash.
