CALGARY – Police are looking to the public for help finding two men who may have more information on a murder from earlier this year.
Officers found 18-year-old Ayuen Ajak Goot, also known as Devon Gott, unconscious in a strip mall parking lot on Saturday, July 5th.
He was rushed to hospital where he later died.
Two weeks later, police arrested two men. Ojullo Mark Ojullo, 20, and Shannoh Jabet, 19, were each charged with one count of second-degree murder.
Investigators are not looking for any other suspects. However, they now say they’re hoping to speak to two men who were in the area at the time.
Police don’t think they were involved, but believe they may have information that could support the investigation.
One man is described as being between 5’5” and 5’7” tall, with a thin build, a medium skin tone, and short, dark hair.
The other man is described as having a medium build.
Anyone with information on the identity of these men, or the incident in general, is asked to call police at 403-266-1234 or Crime Stoppers.
