Alcohol could be a factor in serious Métis Trail crash


CALGARY – Police say alcohol and speed were likely factors in a serious car crash on Sunday.

Emergency crews rushed to Métis Trail and 64th Avenue N.E. around 7 p.m.

Two people were taken to hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.

Police say two cars rolled several times.

The Calgary police traffic unit is investigating and may lay charges.
