An upper ridge has kept warm weather conditions for the BC Southern Interior over the past couple of days and we will get another hot day out of this weather pattern Wednesday.

However a cold front is on deck, bringing variable cloudiness Wednesday with the slight chance of afternoon showers with the risk of an afternoon/evening thundershower.
Except for parts of the Arrow Lakes / Columbia / Boundary regions where a chance of showers will linger on Thursday, the other regions will rebound back to a mix of sun and cloud by Thursday.
