TORONTO – This is why you don’t do drugs, kids.
Police in Michigan had an unusual run-in last Sunday with a man allegedly high on drugs — and it was all captured on a dashcam.
In the video, a pipe-wielding shirtless man is seen charging a police cruiser, jumping onto the hood and smashing the vehicle’s windshield before rolling onto the ground.
“The officer rounds the corner and it is dark out — he had no time to react. The guy is already running at the car,” Lt. Shane Brown told ABC News. “He almost had zero time to respond and there was no time to avoid him.”
The man reportedly told police he was from Planet Zoltron and was attempting to crush the police car. Police suspect the man was using hallucinogenic drugs. He was arrested at the scene.
