EDMONTON – A collision between a semi tanker truck and a picker truck has left one person dead.
It happened Wednesday just before noon, about 10 kilometres east of Drayton Valley on highway 39.
The 38-year-old driver of the picker truck died on scene. The person’s name is not being released. The driver of the semi was taken to hospital with what’s believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
