Other B.C. cities in the top 20 include Burnaby (#11) — Richmond (#15) — Surrey (#17).

Vancouverites also purchased the most print books, while Calgarians bought the most kindle books..

The most popular book in Vancouver was: “Soul Healing Miracles: Ancient and New Sacred Wisdom, Knowledge, and Practical Techniques for Healing the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical Bodies” by Zhi Gang Sha.

Vancouver was also a hot spot for foodies, topping the list with the most cook books ordered.

The most popular cookbook in Vancouver was “The Oh She Glows Cookbook: Vegan Recipes to Glow from the Inside Out” by Angela Liddon.

One interesting thing about the list of cities, is that there are no cities from Quebec represented, as most of Amazon’s titles are in English.

Vancouver actually dropped a spot this year. In 2013, the city ranked #1, ahead of Calgary.
