Okanagan Forecast: Sun, Wind and Possible Showers for the Northern Regions

After hail, thunder and lightning for parts of the Okanagan yesterday, today will be calmer for some areas – not all, but the southern and central areas will see a more stable weather pattern.

Sun to start for all areas in our broadcast regions but for the northern parts of the valley, the Shuswap, and the Columbia region, an upper trough moving across the BC Central Interior will once again kick up a few showers this afternoon with the risk of a thundershower.

Winds will also be blustery at times this afternoon.

A calmer weather pattern will be in store for all of the BC South-Central Interior for Thursday and Friday.

Wednesday’s High: 20 to 25C
