Prince George, North Thompson-Cariboo bracing for possible floods


The city of Prince George is preparing for possible floods.

Paddlewheel Park is closed due to rising river levels.

The Fraser and Nechako are peaking, and the city is bracing for possible floods.

Meanwhile, there is also high water in the North Thompson-Cariboo region.

Both Clearwater and Horsefly rivers are on flood watch.

A high streamflow advisory is in effect for North Thompson River.
