UPDATE: Two people have returned the photos to Zlatan Fazlagic
REGINA – A Regina man is hoping the kindness of strangers will lead to the return of a bin of irreplaceable family photos that recently fell out of the back of his truck.
Zlatan Fazlagic was cleaning out a storage area in his office when he discovered a Rubbermaid bin full of old photos that belonged to a friend who is currently working in Panama.
“These photos belong to a friend who used these photos to create his wedding slide show, so these are his most cherished childhood photos,” said Fazlagic.
Fazlagic contacted his friend and arranged for his parents to pick them up at his home.

“Unfortunately on my way home the tailgate opened up on my truck and the photos fell out and by the time I came back and re traced my route, I could not find the photos,” said Fazlagic.
Fazlagic has taken out an online ad and has placed signs along his route – from Saskatchewan Drive to Albert St. to College Ave. to Broad St. to Kramer Boulevard – offering a $500 reward. Alternately, Fazlagic says he will donate $1000 to a charity of choice for anyone able to help him locate the photos.
“My first wish is to find the photos and my second wish is for that person to really be altruistic and eventually decide to donate $1000 to charity,” he said.
“These photos are only valuable to him and his family,” added Fazlagic.
