ED CATMULL – Co-founder and president of Pixar Animation Ed Catmull joins the conversation on the national edition of The Morning Show. Catmull is in-studio to talk about the release of his new book Creativity, Inc.  It’s touted as a book “for managers who want to lead their employees to new heights, a manual for anyone who strives for originality, and the first-ever, all-access trip into the nerve center of Pixar Animation.”

BIG BROTHER CANADA – Another one bites the dust. The Morning Show speaks to the latest Big Brother Canada evictee in the reality television series.

FEFE DOBSON – Canadian songwriter and recording artist Fefe Dobson talks about her career and what’s next for her musical future. On January 22, 2013, Dobson announced that recording had begun for her fourth studio album – later revealed to be titled Firebird. The album’s second single “In Better Hands” was released on March 18, 2014.

REMEMBERING JIM FLAHERTY – Globalnews.ca’s Laura Stone is in Ottawa and takes a look back at the life of Jim Flaherty who passed away suddenly on Thursday. Prime Minister Stephen Harper said the news came as an “unexpected and a terrible shock to Jim’s family, to our caucus and to Laureen and me.” TORONTO SHOW ONLY

DAILY BREAD FOOD BANK – The Morning Show’s Liem Vu is live at the Daily Bread Food Bank. Daily Bread Food Bank distributes food through over 200 food banks and meal programs across Toronto. Daily Bread provides food for an average of 63,000 visits a month to food banks and prepares more than 3000 nutritious meals in its kitchen that are sent out every week to shelters, hostels and neighbourhood meal programs. TORONTO SHOW ONLY
