REGINA – The City of Regina is still trying to play catch up with water leaks around the city, after a record setting winter with more than twice as many water leaks as usual.
As of Wednesday morning around 22 homes still have no water due to frozen water lines on the city’s side of the property.
The City was able to thaw out seven frozen lines yesterday.
There are also 55 running water leaks throughout the city. Crews were able to repair four leaks yesterday and so far in the month of March the city has repaired 65.
If you are without water at your home, you are asked to call the city immediately at 306-777-7000.
