HALIFAX – Police have charged a 46-year-old man with accessing and possessing child pornography after a search of a Halifax-area home.
Robert William Harris, who has a business that teaches music therapy to kids, was arrested Thursday. Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) officers seized computer equipment from the home on Allan Street.
Police told Global News they did not found any child pornography made locally.
Harris specializes in teaching people who suffer from autism, mental and physical disabilities, including children.
He was also charged with making available child pornography.
Police are still investigating.
