TORONTO – The annual Winterlicious festival begins Friday, January 31.
The annual prix fixe festival started as a way to boost business during a traditionally slow-period for Toronto’s restaurants but has since turned into a money-losing event for some of the city’s best restaurants.
However, some restaurateurs say the flood of new customers can mean return visits in the future.
