Farmers and producers are the lifeblood of Canada and 2026 has been declared the first International Year of the Woman Farmer by the United Nations. Adrienne Heron, a farmer in Red Deer County, not only runs a differentiated Wagyu beef operation, but is also leading the way when it comes to conservation.
