Calgary dog owner speaks out after pup was stolen in alleged swarming

A Calgary woman who says she was swarmed by a group of people who then stole her pup is speaking out to Global News. As Tomasia DaSilva reports, the alleged theft was a result of a dispute between the woman and her dog’s breeder.
