Over a dozen arrested in Philadelphia after juvenile looters ransack stores

Interim Philadelphia Police Commissioner John Stanford said that the chaos started around 7:30 p.m. local time, with numerous 911 calls about “large groups of juveniles” moving through the city centre after a “peaceful protest” ended near the city hall.
