Short-term rentals driving up rental in Penticton

A new report shows that thousands of homes across B.C. have moved to short-term rentals, driving down vacancy and driving up rental prices. As our Taya Fast reports, the City of Penticton recently looked at the impact of short-term rentals in the community and has agreed to step up enforcement.
