Crime, vandalism on Whyte Avenue spurs letter-writing campaign

The Old Strathcona Business Association is urging its 600 member businesses to pen letters to government asking for more support dealing with vandalism and disorder around Whyte Avenue. As Sarah Ryan explains, they say homeless people pushed out by increased enforcement downtown are moving to the area, resulting in unprecedented crime.
