A poutine festival that is happening in Montreal’s suburb City of Pointe-Claire is causing some problems for nearby merchants. As Elizabeth Zogalis reports, one deli tells Global News they didn’t know the event was even taking place until they showed up to work on Thursday to find the space taken over by the fries, cheese and gravy-loving event.
