Can Prime Minister Justin Trudeau part the cloudy poll numbers and return to “sunny ways?" Tune in as Mercedes Stephenson tackles all these issues on the Season 13 premiere of ‘The West Block.' Calgary Mayor Jyoti Gondek and London Mayor Josh Morgan join Stephenson to break down each party’s promise to build more homes. She also gets an insider's view of what to expect when the House of Commons resumes next week with Globe and Mail Ottawa Bureau Chief Bob Fife and Toronto Star reporter Stephanie Levitz.
