Community calling on Montreal mayor to tackle Chinatown crisis

The homelessness crisis is rippling through many districts of Montreal including Chinatown. A once thriving attractive neighbourhood is now struggling as many merchants and residents complain about high poverty and crime rates. They want Montreal’s mayor to step up safety measures.
