It was a rough morning commute and it will likely be a tricky evening drive for Montreal commuters as Highway 40 east was closed between Cavendish and Côte-Vertu boulevards. During the morning rush hour, a truck spilled a load of paint, coating the highway in white and prompting a massive cleanup. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports on the brush of bad luck for drivers.
