Brief court appearances were made Monday for brothers accused in the death of a young Calgary man stabbed to death in Copperfield. It comes on the heels of a shooting that left a man dead in Capitol Hill over the weekend. As Sarah Offin reports, these are the types of violent crimes new provincial protocols are hoping to target.
