Calgarians will once again face weeks of water restrictions as city crews prepare to shut down the ailing Bearspaw feeder main next month for repairs.  Several segments of the pipe have been identified for reinforcement work starting March 9, after the feeder main's second rupture in less than two years.  Adam MacVicar reports.
