Vancouver’s first zero carbon firehall opens

A newly refurbished Vancouver firehall is not only trying to make the city safer, but also greener. Firehall 17 has reopened following a refurbishment to make it carbon zero. The mayor and fire chief were also on hand to dedicate a special room to a retired firefighter.
