People who live and work in Montreal’s Chinatown have launched a petition following concerns over an increase in crime. It’s their latest effort to get the City of Montreal to do more to address violence and disorder in the neighbourhood. They say the measures taken so far have done little to fix the problem and are now calling for more community-based solutions. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
