It’s harder than ever to find affordable rent and university students are also suffering from the housing crisis. Rental vacancy rates are at a four-year low and with that comes a rise in the number of fake apartment listings. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, one tenant is speaking out hoping to help others avoid falling for the same scam.
