BCTF says major teacher shortages in province

The B.C. Teachers Federation says there is a significant shortage of teachers in the province, which will impact students’ education if something isn’t done. B.C.T.F. President Clint Johnson joins Global News Morning to discuss that problem as the new school year is about to begin.
