As desperately needed rain provides relief and clears the smoke in British Columbia's Okanagan region, the provincial government's Emergency Support Services department is trying to keep up with the unprecedented need to support evacuees. Neetu Garcha explains who's been helping fill the gaps, and speaks with evacuees anxiously waiting to find out if they have a home to return to.
