Feds and Northwest Territories discussing process of bringing back evacuees: Vandal

Northern Affairs Minister Dan Vandal said Tuesday the federal government is in talks with the Northwest Territories, and with provinces that have taken in evacuees, about how to bring residents back following the devastating wildfires in the region.
