Canada is sending armed forces and resources to tackle fast-spreading wildfires in British Columbia and Northwest Territories, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Sunday, ahead of the federal cabinet retreat the following day. “It is an extraordinarily serious situation,” Trudeau said.
