The Second Chance Animal Rescue Society has more than 480 animals in its care and is in desperate need of help. The organization is looking for foster homes, forever homes and donations as it deals with an influx of dogs and cats. SCARS program co-ordinator Amanda Annetts joined ‘Global News at Noon Edmonton’ to share more about the problems the organization is facing.
