Farmers from drought-stricken areas of Saskatchewan gathered in Perdue, SK for a townhall organized by the Saskatchewan Cattleman’s Association (SCA) and the Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan (APAS) on Monday. Stronger support for cattle farmers, more rainfall stations, and coverage costs for supplying water were among the concerns raised during the town hall.
