As National Drowning Prevention Week comes to an end, Ontario Provincial Police continue to remind boaters to stay safe out on the water. It comes after impaired operation charges were laid against a 64 year-old man at Lock 23 on Thursday. Germain Ma spent the day with the Marine Unit to see if people are staying sober and prepared for emergencies.
